Refund Policy

  1. If the customer cancels the order after payment, the money received will not be refunded.

  2. If the floral art has been delivered to the recipient/location within the date agreed by both parties, any refund request will not be entertained.

  3. In order to make the flower art present the most beautiful and best condition, the flower art may not be exactly the same as the pictures on the website. We will try our best to select the season and the closest flower species.
