1. Pick up at Lai Chi Kok store; or hand over at Lai Chi Kok Station.

2. The freight charges at stations along the MTR line are as follows:

Tsuen Wan Line $30

Kwun Tong Line $100

Hong Kong Island Line $100

East Rail Line $100

Tuen Ma Line $100

3. For other areas or for door-to-door delivery, you can contact us offer.

Precautions:

1. Typhoon No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning

In case of the above bad weather, our store will suspend flower delivery. The delivery will be carried out 3 hours after the signal is cancelled. The new delivery date or time will be reconfirmed. In this case, the order cannot be canceled; no refund or change.

2. Recipient's contact information

Please provide correct contact information. We suggest that you must leave the phone number of the recipient to ensure the smooth delivery of the flowers.

 

3. Additional fees

If due to any incident, such as the flower is rejected, and the delivery must be rescheduled, additional charges may be incurred. The re-shipment date, time will be reconfirmed. Freshness of flowers may be affected.

 

4. failed to deliver

If the flower art cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the limited location, we will put the flower art in the place instructed by the relevant personnel. Please call to ensure delivery of floral arrangements.
